we have an edison 680 sundance hot tub. The temp is set at 101F but I opened the lid and it says 104 F never seen that before and its minus 25 outside. is this part of the recall?

Hi Kevin, we performed the recall on your spa October 4, 2021. It sounds like perhaps the spa is attaining a higher then set temp from a longer filter cycle. What do you have your heat mode currently set for and what do you have your primary filtration cycle set for?
