Hot Tub Errors

  1. Good evening,
I shut off the breaker to my hot tub today, and cleaned it as I normally do. When I turned the breaker back on, and the tub started up, it started giving me two errors. The first is that it’s over-temperature and will not run the heater. This doesn’t make sense, as it’s set to 98, and the water temp is 94 right now.

The second is that the flow switch is open. I checked the filter, and everything seemed fine with it. I shut the power off and turned it back on again, but the tub is giving the same errors. The tub lights are blinking red, and the outside status light is a solid red.

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. The spa was purchased from Aqua Tech and installed in April of this year.

Thank you in advance,
Corey Mushumanski
